CUTIEMARK/TALENT: A wind rose, Starswirl's cutie mark represents her love for adventure and her sense of leadership. 

    Starswirl is an outgoing and cheerful unicorn, who can be very stubborn and grumpy sometimes. You might be thinking Star is a bookworm just like her mom right? And you're completely WRO-ONG! She used to read a lot when she was younger but she dislikes books the most, she thinks there's soo much more out there to do than... reading. Star has also incredible magic skills for a unicorn of her age, she doesn't show any interest in magic nor gives it any importance though. Many magic schools are willing to have her as their student, but, unfortunatelly, Star's not interested. She's the heir to friendship but she doesn't want to inherit the throne. There's soo much to do out there, soo many options, soo many oportunities... Life's to short to spend sitting on a big dumb princess throne wearing a shiny crown, dealing with princess bullshit.

- Starswirl has read every book from her mother's library as a young filly, she's a fast learner and probably knows the answer to every single question you might have, she thinks it's not a big think though. 
- Star's lack of interest on being the next princess of friendship leads her to frequent aguments with Twilight about her future.
- Star sometimes wishes she was a pegasus, but doesn't like the idea of being an alicorn, she'd happily trade her horn for a pair of wings.
- Star took a long time to get her cutiemark, and at first they mistook it for an actual star, like Twilight's cutiemark, meaning that she was fated to do something related to magic and eventualy become the princess of friendship.
- Starswirl has anxiety disorder, when she was younger she used to study to be a princess, but eventually she thought she wouldn't be good enough, and lost interest. Even though she's decided not to be a princess anymore she still struggles with anxiety sometimes.
- Star used to be a cutiemark crusader, she admires them a lot.
